John Poole from Maurice Buckley, C T Poole & Son will present a special Talks@Willoughby seminar on Will Awareness – Adult Children and Your Will at 12.30pm, Wednesday 29 August, at Chatswood Library on The Concourse.

A seminar on Wills and Power of Attorney, John will discuss the different factors that can affect the division of your estate according to your wishes, as well as issues and solutions that can arise when adult children are dissatisfied with their provision.

The Law Society of NSW will conduct a Will Awareness Day this August to educate the public on matters related to their Will and deliver this information in an accessible, relevant and useful way.
