“Phillip Black will not return after an apparent falling out with the Lord Mayor. Mr Black said: “I only found out on July 10 that Clover no longer required me. For the last eight and a half years I’ve been a member of the Clover Moore Independent Team, so the fact that Clover did not invite me to be part of her 2012 Team, nor discuss at an earlier date, was all a bit of a shock. “I’ve had no alternative but to accept the situation.” the city news Thursday, 26 July 2012
