I was asked if I ever gave discounts? I said generally I have reduced prices on particular occasions. Like this year I said I would guarantee prices will not increase in 2012 till January 2013.Even though my suppliers of materials increase their prices regardless.I was further pressed by the customer if I would give a further discount. I said ok I will give 5% off to customers in June.She {the customer} was most pleased as she took away her billy cart!I grinned to myself because I knew my billy cart was going to an eight year old that told his mother about Billy Cart Cave in Panania!and he got the idea from another boy who was given a billy cart as a birthday present.I get a lot of customers by "word of mouth" which is most pleasing.
