Ace Award Winners Best Cover Band for 2012, The Kami's will perform their first inner city gig, in a very special tribute to two of the worlds musical legends Michael Jackson & Whitney Houston.

The event called "Remember The Time" which will take place at Notes Live in Newtown on Saturday the 28th July is the first tribute to he be held in Sydney to MJ & Whitney together and is set to be a great show.

The six member family band who have been performing together for more than ten years are well known in the RSL club scene, for getting the crowd dancing and wowing with their musical and vocal abilities.

The Groups female lead, Kethey Kami, says "My brothers and I are really excited to be doing this show, as we have heard good things about this venue and MJ & Whitney inspire alot of our shows".

Accompanying The Kami's will be seasoned performer and R & B sensation Mike Champion, Mike has performed on many tribute shows and is known as one of Sydney's great entertainers. Mike says "MJ is my idol,and any time I get the opportunity to pay tribute to him, I take it, he is definitely a part of me".
