Liverpool article danger looms amid the gloom

In the Liverpool champion dated the 30th May.2012 ,there appears a article which highlights the dangerous level of pollution that comes to the south west at Bringelly.It details that bringelly recorded 11 more days than the national standard allowed for ground level ozone a year.This sort of ozone can damage ling tissue and reduce lung function.Given this disgraceful levels of pollution how can any government allow the Moorebank Intermodals proceed.If the air pollution is added to present pollution it will mean the pollution in the area will be at alarming levels.The impact on our kids and residents who have lung problems will be at alarming levels.All governments should reconsider there position on the Moorebank Intermodals freight hub as the impact on residents will be enormous not counting the traffic gridlock that will occur as well.Please someone address these problems as we are being totallt ignored about our very valid concerns.The problems about diesel emissions is known world wide and must not be covered up John Anderson wattle grove.0409368603

The south west of sydney particularly liverpool is being choked by air pollution. There is double the cancer rate in the south west due to the basin geography which makes pollution stay around for a inordinate time that is why the area has a much higher asthma rate than the rest of nsw.Until governments start addressing this issue the area cant be properly planned.Please anybody please do research on this it is killing the health of our residents John Anderson wattle grove Independent candidate for Liverpool council south ward 8th September.0409368603
