"FATEL-FATAL"

Does anyone have any idea who is tagging (graffiti) future development sites in and around Botany. Myrtle,Jasmine & Bay have been tagged FATEL in blue paint. Cnr of Page & Holloway Street, tagged FATEL in blue paint. Hillsdale, the old Masterfoods site tagged FATEL in blue paint. Is this just a coincidence that all of these sites are contaminated and that is why they are being tagged in HUGE LETTERS? I am very curious, anyone with any information please advise Street Corner.
