Ocean Pool Painter at Manly and Open Studio

The eleventh ‘Artist Exchange’ event at Manly Art Gallery and Museum curated by Katherine Roberts, will feature Cindy Goode Milman (ocean pool and swim painter and sculptor), a member of Pittwater Community Arts as well as studio artist featured on the Pittwater Artists Trail ; Carole Douglas (textile artist involved in the craft scene in India) and Helen Earl (ceramic artist who creates delicate beautiful pieces combining porcelain and found objects).

Each artist will discuss their artworks, underlying concepts, and creative techniques and processes and the audience can engage with the artists directly through comments, feedback and questions.

• When: 6-8pm, Thursday 17 May 2012 • Where: Manly Art Gallery & Museum, West Esplanade Manly • Cost: $5 (light refreshments served). All members & guests welcome

And of course Cindy Goode Milman as part of the Pittwater Artists Trail will be opening her studio Saturday and Sunday May 19th and 20th from 10am to 4pm.
