hooligans again trash Korean War Memorial

On evening of December 2 & 3 hooligans and night revelers again trashed the Korean War Memorial in Moore Park

Centennial & Moore Park Trust seems to have a problem.

Their dangerous complacency is a worry.

The memorial needs night lights at the site and CCTV
