Its hard to believe. I was told people cannot afford to buy a billy cart!

Billy carts at The Billy Cart Cave in Panania range in price from only $150 to $235 and its possible to pay them off in three payments over one month.

They take three days to produce and paint so there is not much profit in it.

After mentioning this to a parent he said he would "think about it" Being a grandfather I would try to find a way to get a billy cart to a child who's parents are under financial stress.
