Ï was amazed to see an advertisement for the controversial multi storyed housing development on RealEstate.com.au .

How on earth can the selling agent advertise and sell something that at this stage he does not know if the development will be passed or if it will be amended to 2- 3 storey townhouses that would blend in with the local area and have a much more aesthetic outlook to all the local residents and lessen the extra traffic in the area which cannot cope now with the pool, cricket teams, football teams parking etc.

Does this man have a crystal ball?

Or is it just arrogance?

Worse scenario is knowledge, is he privy to soemthing that we are not?

Link to the advertisment is here

Dear Save Botany, We've published this story on the Jasmine Street Development & the ad http://www.streetcorner.com.au/news/show... We'll also try to check with Council as to whether the development has been approved and if so, when it was approved. Regards Streetcorner
