Two brothers have been arrested after police raided their western Sydney home, allegedly netted drugs including steroids, ecstasy and cocaine.

Police raided the Glenwood home at Tallow Place at 5pm (AEST) on Monday, after a tip-off from the public.

"During a search of the premises using a police dog, officers allegedly located drugs including steroids, ecstasy tablets, cocaine and drug paraphernalia as well as ammunition, fireworks and gun powder," police said in a statement.

"Police will further allege a search of the garage revealed an amount of cannabis as well as a BB gun and magazine."

The two brothers, aged 19 and 17, were arrested at the house and subsequently charged.

The 19-year-old faces charges of possession ammunition without a licence and possessing a restricted substance.

He was granted bail to appear in Blacktown Local Court on September 24.

The 17-year-old was charged with drugs supply and possession, possessing an unauthorised pistol and possessing ammunition without a licence.

He was granted conditional bail to appear at Parramatta Children's Court on September 22.
