WSN Grass roots Sponsorship Program Camden

Do you want to do something to improve your local environment? Do you have some great resource recovery or waste reduction ideas?

Leading Sydney recycler WSN Environmental Solutions and Camden Council are pleased to announce the launch of the 2009-2010 Grass Roots Sponsorship Program.

WSN’s Grass Roots Sponsorship Program is about supporting and promoting local projects that contribute to environmental sustainability. It’s about helping resource recovery and waste reduction projects come to life through a responsible funding program. Applications for up to $5,000 in funding are invited from groups and individuals, to deliver community-led programs that will provide a tangible benefit to the local community and the environment through resource recovery and waste reduction.

Mayor of Camden, Cr Chris Patterson said this is a great opportunity for members of the Camden Community to apply for funding and help look after Camden’s environment now and into the future.

Applications for the 2009-2010 Sponsorship Program can be found at www.wsn.com.au and will close on 29 September 2009. Successful applicants will be announced on 19 October 2009.
