Triple O operators should be sacked

Everytime I think about David Iredale who died in the Blue Mountains of de hydration, i get so angry at how he was treated by the Triple O operators.

Why hasnt any action been taken against the operators or indeed the CEO as clearly this critical agency has zero compassion and empathy.

The operators had the audaciy to stand up in court and apologise for not looking after a boy who was lost distressed and dieing.

Could have David been saved? I believe Yes. He was with two friends, Had the Operator called any of the three boys parents they would have been able to tell them where they were and could have had a helecoptor within the hour.

We'll never know.

what we do know is Triple OOO failed at the most basic skill set required to do the job...save people's lives. Shame shame shame
