Written and performed by Grahame Bond, My Imaginary Family is about a bizarre childhood, a chaotic period of schooling, a ridiculous University education during the sexual revolution, which finally produces a degree in architecture. Grahame Bond's stories and songs are full of humour, whimsy and pathos as he tracks a life of constantly changing roles on a quest to find the perfect imaginary family. My Imaginary Familyis playing at Riverside Theatres Parramatta from Tuesday, 17 April, Civic Theatre Newcastle from Wednesday 11 April and Illawarra Performing Arts from Thursday 3 May.
