They do not take responsibility for their bad workmanship. Will always blame the owners for the issues even though they are obvious defects due to shoddy workmanship. Initially in our warranty period they did shoddy repairs just to get them through the 7 years. Our body corporate now has to strike a massive special levy to cover the cost of the repairs.
